Below is an initial walk through of a studio apartment located in our East Harlem property before renovation. This is an example of the typical value-add building we look to acquire that benefits from our disciplined approach to property and asset management.

The two videos below provide updates mid-renovation on one of our Harlem studio apartments. This is the 10th unit renovated within this property. We have created a streamlined repeatable process that allows for a quick turnaround and lease up of the newly renovated apartment.

Below are pictures of the completed apartment as well as a video showcasing the final product. After being renovated this unit rented for $1,750 a month which is a 75% increase from the prior rent.
