Five Boro Multifamily is a real estate private equity firm focused on providing housing for the middle market renter in NYC. We believe this space represents the largest demographic of people looking to live and work in NYC. It is a diverse and deep population of potential renters: nurses, teachers, new college graduates, young professionals, dual income couples. Our goal is to provide well maintained modern apartments close to public transportation that represent value when compared to luxury offerings. These five floor walk-ups can be found in every NYC neighborhood from the Upper East Side of Manhattan to Bushwick Brooklyn and provide a significant portion of NYC’s unique version of workforce housing.
